Tasting Notes:

This Côtes du Rhône offers a complex and powerful nose of blackberries, dark roast coffee, and dried fruit, built upon its classic blend of Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre, and Cinsault. Despite its deep color and full body, the palate is balanced and exuberant, showcasing bold black cherry alongside subtle savory spice and a balancing acidity. The finish is very long and persistent, featuring firm, ripe tannins and intricate notes of cocoa and cloves.

Food Pairings:

Grilled meats, especially lamb, or a traditional coq-au-vin, pasta bolognese, mushroom risotto and cheese, and tapenade.

Tasting Notes:

This elegant Côtes de Provence Rosé strikes a delicate balance between floral, and herbal. The enticing aromatics showcase peach, summer flowers, white tea, and classic stone fruit notes. These delicate flavors carry through to a creamy yet lifted palate that offers an interwoven complexity of rose petal and wet stone minerality.

Food Pairings:

Serve with grilled, baked or steamed seafood including shrimp, oysters, mussels and salmon. Serve with poultry and mediteranean classics including pizza. Pairs well with salads and grilled vegetables. Consider serving with spicy dishes.

A classic blend of Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre “GSM” is a wine of both Mediterranean warmth and Provençal elegance. offering notes of ripe black cherry, underlying notes of thyme and dried herbs hint at its Rhone and Provence origin. Medium to full-bodied with a substantial yet supple structure. Bold black and red fruit flavors merge seamlessly with a savory earthiness and a touch of licorice or cocoa. Finishes with firm, ripe tannins and a balancing acidity that maintains a sense of freshness.
